The water surface, boat, soundscape, and thought-to-Canvas experience retain the accepted 0.1.0 behavior.

This update fixes building from a clean checkout, uses scoped presentation states and typed Obsidian API boundaries, and makes the five preferences searchable in Obsidian 1.13+. Builds now prepare the pinned shared core automatically, check community rules and source provenance, and generate build attestations in the release workflow.

Validation: 98 plugin and54 shared-water tests, production build, community lint and provenance checks passed. Six isolated Obsidian1.14.4 flow checks and four light/dark ×100%/125% comparisons passed with no measured difference. The author confirmed water/composer feel, sound, and outside-window pointer follow match the original version.

Desktop only, Obsidian1.8.10+. Bundled visuals/audio remain offline.
