Vault-Viewer

Add vault-viewer.html standalone build as a release asset

Companion artifact from the sibling ClaudeCode repo: a self-contained
build of the WebObsidian web app with a live-fetch GitHub shim in place
of a real server, used for browsing that repo's knowledge-graph/wiki
vaults with no server to run. Committed at 8.2MB rather than referenced
from the main README install path, since it targets a different use
case (viewing a GitHub-hosted vault) than self-hosting this app.
