Recommendations can now include the country or city a page is about, linking to that place's page in the directory. A location appears only when the text is substantially about that place, at most one per result set, so a passing mention or a conference venue does not push a category off the row.

Embeds pinned to @1 pick this up with no HTML change. Exact pins on @v1.0.0 stay where they are.

Needs the recommend API deployed on 2026-09-09, which returns the new locations array.

Initial tagged release of the GuiFinder widget, including security hardening:

  • API-supplied link URLs are validated to http/https before rendering
  • Rendered results are capped client-side at the requested limit
  • Docs now recommend pinned jsDelivr URLs with SRI instead of mutable branch URLs
