IRCPlus v1.1b - MP3 Player Update

This update focuses on improving and polishing the built-in IRCPlus MP3 Player.

The MP3 Player has received a major round of debugging, stability improvements and interface refinements. Many playback issues have been fixed, playlist handling has been improved and the overall user experience has been enhanced.
