New segmentation, and fixes from the bug bash.

• Segmentation finds droplets of every size by their edges, in the planes round the best-focus plane, so small droplets next to big ones are no longer missed. Run 425: 395 droplets, against 49 before.
• Cancel works in every step of quantifying, and one broken measurement no longer stops the others.
• Clearer messages for files that aren't Z1 runs, impossible limits and saving where you can't write.

The golden check hasn't been rerun with the new segmentation yet: this is a test release.

• This release is mainly to check that updates install in place on Windows.

Fixes from the first installs.

• Windows: the app now starts. The engine hung at start on Windows, so nothing could be analysed or connected.
• Try the demo and the UniProt lookup now work in the installed app (they failed with a certificate error).
• A slow first start says so, and if the analysis engine stops, the window says where its logs are.
