Redesigned tray menu settings panel with card-based grouped layout — The Appearance settings now display tray menu options in rounded card groups, clearly separating each section visually, with full dark mode support and proper spacing.

Group section headers are now label-only — Section titles like "Proxy Actions" and "General Settings" no longer carry a toggle switch; each child item is individually controlled, reducing visual clutter and improving clarity.

Smaller toggle switches and descriptive hint text — Switches are now
minisized for better visual balance, and a hint label at the top of the panel describes the show/hide purpose of the settings. -
Tray menu settings hint text fully localized — The new hint label is localized across all 5 supported languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Russian.
