BioNodulo AI integrations 0.1.0

Connect Claude Code, Codex or ChatGPT to the authenticated BioNodulo cloud MCP, or install the separate Claude Desktop extension for a running local BioNodulo app.

Cloud access uses your own BioNodulo OAuth consent and team permissions. Read, edit and compute access have separate scopes. The desktop extension exposes local tools only and never embeds a BioNodulo owner key.

Validated with the Codex native plugin installer, Claude Code package validation, MCPB validation, protocol clients, security tests and all 11 local desktop tools, including a completed local workflow. Public directory publication and account-specific native UI policies remain separate from this custom installation release.
