Custom Stretch Resolution?

Is it possible to set the video scale mode to a custom resolution? For example right now it has options for fit, fill and stretch.

I want to make it stretched but not fully stretched to the phone bezels. Or is there already a way to do this?

Because my phone resolution is not a typical resolution, that the default fit video scale has too much black boxes surrounding it.
