OneTimePad Multi has 5 keys to choose from, making it perfectly secure as long as you don't use the same key again.
OneTimePad APK is an Android app I made - but it has 50 keys, making it compliant to the perfect secrecy requirements.
If you intend to always have perfect secrecy, before sending each message you need to edit the text block in the script itself. I recommend using Visual Studio Code.
