Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the ClickHouse meetup schedule in the README by reorganizing events based on their status and timeline. The changes move past meetups from the "Upcoming meetups" section to the "Recent meetups" section and add new upcoming events.
- Removed outdated meetups from September 16-20, 2025 from the upcoming section
- Added new upcoming meetups for Chicago (October 9) and Bogota (November 13)
- Moved past meetups to the recent section and removed older July meetups
