343163d: Add explicit hyperdx.deployment.deploymentAnnotations and hyperdx.deployment.podAnnotations values while preserving hyperdx.deployment.annotations as a deprecated pod annotation alias. When both pod annotation values contain the same key, podAnnotations takes precedence.
