Handle passengers of entities.
- Passengers will now also get picked up
- If you pick up any of the passengers, the root entity along with all
  passengers will be picked up.
- Passengers will be displayed in the item name.
  (i.E: "Chicken (+ Baby Zombie)")
Fixed dupe glitch #4.
