Probably only works on Apple Silicone

If you can't open it, it probably got quarantined during downloaded. Run the following to unquarantine it:
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /path/to/FlashGBX.app

EDIT
This release has a bug, preventing cartridge references to be included, see issue #1. Release 3.37 and onward has the fix included.
