Add data delivery support for Nallo (#4329)(minor)

Description

Add delivery types for Nallo file delivery
Closes #4326

Added

  • delivery types RAW_DATA_ANALYSIS , RAW_DATA_ANALYSIS_SCOUT and RAW_DATA_SCOUT in DataDelivery strenum
  • {bam} to the RAW_DATA_ANALYSIS_SAMPLE_TAGS
  • support for the new delivery types in theDeliveryServiceFactory

Changed

  • Removed BamDeliveryTagsFetcher and make BAM delivery use SampleAndCaseDeliveryTagsFetcher
