CLIshake — the terminal coordination layer for collaborating coding agents

The terminal coordination layer for collaborating coding agents.

One human lead, many coding agents — Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Copilot CLI, Antigravity —
coordinated on one codebase in a single tmux-backed, audited session.

CLIshake dashboard: a real Claude Code builder and a Codex reviewer collaborating on one repo — overview, shared chat, and a side-by-side grid of both live agent terminals

What we build

CLIshake turns a pile of coding-agent terminals into a coordinated team — not N agents running in parallel, but a team that actually works together, in your terminal, with any vendor's agent.

  • Harness-agnostic — Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Copilot CLI, and Antigravity behind one honest adapter contract. Adding a harness is a config edit, not a fork.
  • Real coordination, not tiled terminals — attributed messaging (@name, @team, @role), a shared task board, approval gates, and an append-only audit log.
  • Local-first — a single Go binary. No telemetry, no account, no server; your whole session lives on your machine.
  • You stay the lead — every action is auditable, and nothing ships without your approval.
