This (second) hotfix release is here to fix the "Custom element doesn't exist" error after updating to beta.1 or beta.2 from HACS, I'm truly sorry for that mistake!
If you have installed it manually, the editor dictionaries no longer live in a translations folder, they now sit right next to the card. So download the new bubble-card.js, and if you want the editor in your language, grab bubble-card-<lang>.json from the dist folder and drop it next to it. The old translations folder can be deleted.
And if you use HACS, you have nothing to do, the dashboard resource is fixed automatically when you update.
