Changelog:
- Sets build to Pixelmon 9.1.10
- Fixes the NullPointerException which may pop up with NPCs that can function as quest npcs.
- Fixes error where previewed teams are not properly shown after shuffling. This results in two screens.
- Fixed bug in which timeouts did not carry over.
