What's new

A lighter desktop app: it now uses almost no CPU while it sits idle.

• No redraws while idle: the Home screen used to be redrawn about 50 times a second, keeping a CPU core 20–35% busy on older machines. Now nothing is drawn until something on screen changes
• Animations only when they matter: the traffic cards' wave moves only while data flows, the Home decoration holds still unless you are connecting, and every animation pauses while the window is in the background, minimised or in the tray
• Everything from desktop 3.0.9: system proxy, SOCKS and TUN modes, the native Linux tray, and every protocol on every platform
