Installed from Google Play? Google signs the Play version with its own key, so this APK will not install over it ("App not installed"). Update from Google Play, or save your configs (Servers › ⋮ › Export all), uninstall the Play version, then install this APK.

What's new

  • OpenConnect on desktop. Cisco AnyConnect and the other OpenConnect protocols now connect on desktop as a system VPN. Windows ships its own OpenConnect; on Linux and macOS install openconnect from your package manager or Homebrew.
  • Cross-engine chains on desktop, for example Psiphon, Tor or SSH running through an Xray config.
  • Routing rules by network type. On Android a rule can apply only on Wi-Fi, mobile data, Ethernet or other networks, and the rules switch by themselves when the network changes.
  • Share the proxy on your network without a password, if you turn that option off.
  • The local proxy address shows on Home and in Settings › Mode when you use proxy-only mode. Tap it to copy.
  • Subscriptions: drag them to reorder, update the one you have open from the button in the header, or right-click / long-press its tab.
  • Desktop keyboard and mouse: Esc and the mouse back button go back, Enter confirms dialogs, and the server list has a scrollbar.

Fixes

  • VPN mode on Linux desktops without a polkit agent (Hyprland, sway, i3 and others) now asks for the password in ZedSecure instead of failing.
  • The Windows tray menu showed boxes instead of text and overlapping items. It now uses the native Windows menu.
  • Map and speed test opened from Settings now have a back button.
