Download the .zip and install it from the game: MODS > Import mod .zip.

• A new EXTRA BOXES option gives the PC 99 boxes instead of 12 on Red, Blue
  and Yellow or 14 on Gold, Silver and Crystal. Every box still holds 20 and
  the PC looks the same. It is off by default.
• Turning it off never deletes anything. Pokemon in the extra boxes stay in
  your save and come back when you turn it on again, and until then the PC
  tells you how many are waiting there.
• Exporting a cartridge save only includes the original 12 or 14 boxes. On
  Gold, Silver and Crystal the game's own CHANGE BOX list scrolls through all
  99, one row at a time.
