Download the .zip and install it from the game: MODS > Import mod .zip.

• With EXTRA BOXES on, catching a Pokemon with a full party and full boxes
  no longer crashes the game, and neither do other mods' box menus that
  list every box.
• With Modern PC UI installed on Red, Blue or Yellow, this mod now steps
  aside and leaves the PC to it, and EXTRA BOXES stays off so its box picker
  keeps its layout. Gold, Silver and Crystal are unaffected.
• With Gen 1 Modern UI installed, the MOVE / WITHDRAW / STATS / RELEASE menu
  shows up again when you pick a Pokemon in the grid.
• With Followers EX installed, BOX LEADER lists the Pokemon actually in the
  box after you withdraw or deposit, instead of the box as it was when you
  opened the PC.
• Icons from HGSS Visual Overhaul no longer spill over each other and get cut
  off at the edge of the grid while you switch boxes.
