Download the .zip and install it from the game: MODS > Import mod .zip.

• A new PC HEALS option, on by default: a Pokemon that goes into the PC comes
  out at full HP, cured, with its PP restored, like the later games. Gold,
  Silver and Crystal already worked this way; on Red, Blue and Yellow it is
  new, and turning the option off brings back the old behaviour. Pokemon you
  boxed hurt before updating are healed when you take them out.
• With PC HEALS on, the HP line under the sprite is gone, since a boxed
  Pokemon is always at full HP, and the sprite stands a row lower with more
  room under its name.
