HAM Desktop 0.1.2 (Linux x64)

Download-and-run: ships a default public Ham API URL — no env vars required for first launch. Override with HAM_DESKTOP_API_BASE or ham-desktop-config.json if you self-host the API.

Also in 0.1.2: chat-first shell, dark chrome, file:// logo fix (see 0.1.1 notes).

Cloud Run: ensure HAM_CORS_ORIGINS includes the literal null for packaged desktop (staging updated for this release).
