Notes

• This release does not add HAM-controlled Hermes runtime model switching.
• Command Center model/provider surfacing is read-only; Chat remains the model selection surface where supported.
• Unsupported external runners remain honest stubs until real bridges are implemented.

• Linux x64: AppImage + .deb (attached)
• Windows x64: not built in this release cut (packaged on Linux). Use the 0.1.3 Windows portable if needed until a Windows build is published for 0.1.4+.
