v9.11.0 — Bounded orchestration and durable Codex follow-ups
Delegate workers can now be observed together and continued after successful completion without resending their initial task.
- Add observer-only
wait --timeoutandwait-any, with bounded progress, explicit timeout results, and full answers available throughwait. - Add opt-in durable Codex sessions via
--persist-sessionand--continue-run. Follow-ups preserve native context, require the same working root and profile, serialize session use, and reject failed or uncertain prior work without replay or fresh-session fallback. - Prevent OpenCode replacement after a failed or unresolved abort, confirm runner idle before replacement, and reconcile delayed idle events against provider status.
- Document mandatory parent supervision every 15 minutes, corrective steering, parallel waiting, and continuation in SKILL.md and delegate references.
Validation: full offline suite (859 checks passed, zero failures), including the new 29-test orchestration regression suite; skill validation; a live Codex Luna xhigh two-process continuation smoke test retained a marker supplied only in the first turn.
