What changed

  • Migrated every script to canonical Tool API v3 calls: POST /api/tools/{name}.
  • Added repository scripts: ontology.py, tree.py, and read_file.py.
  • Added ArtifactQuery scripts: schema.py and metadata.py.
  • Standardized v3 payloads, agentic/JSON output, repairable errors, and snake_case relationship profiles.
  • Removed legacy chat-alias guidance and legacy response-format handling.
  • Added offline get_version.py; returns the installed skill version as JSON without authentication or network access.
  • Added a packaged VERSION file verified against the Claude Code plugin manifest.
