Goal
Give judges a genuinely cluster-free one-command platform demo that looks and behaves like the live system, while preserving a clearly separate real-k3s path.
Acceptance criteria
make demo-platform and make demo-platform-local require no Kubernetes cluster- local mode starts the real SOG, Argus, Phoenix, and Sentinel services locally
- seed a realistic multi-node, multi-namespace service topology plus dynamic security and recovery evidence
- all simulated data is visibly and structurally labeled replayed/simulator
make demo-platform-live retains the real k3s-backed integration path- both paths populate all three dashboards and produce evidence artifacts
- setup, ownership, cleanup, and troubleshooting are documented in Argus, Phoenix, and Sentinel READMEs
- add automated safety and contract tests
