Fixed

  • Send to phone no longer closes LaunchHeim when it sends only the server list, which is always the case while the library has no instances.
  • Phone sync starts on Windows even when Windows has reserved its usual network port (Hyper-V and WSL do that); it then uses another free one, which phones still find.
System File Install
Windows 10/11 LaunchHeim-0.5.1-win-x64.zip unzip anywhere, run LaunchHeim.exe
Arch, CachyOS launchheim-git-*.pkg.tar.zst download it, then sudo pacman -U ./<file>
Debian 13, Ubuntu 24.04+ launchheim_0.5.1-1_amd64.deb sudo apt install ./<file>
Fedora, RHEL 9/10 (EPEL) launchheim-0.5.1-1.x86_64.rpm sudo dnf install ./<file>
Android 8+ (companion app) LaunchHeimCompanion-0.5.1.apk open it on the phone and allow installing from that app

The packages aren't signed, so pacman -U <url> fails looking for a .sig; install the downloaded file.
Check a download with sha256sum -c --ignore-missing and these lines:
