Hypha npm release 1.0.1

Patch release of the @codesoul-co/hypha-* npm line.

Fixes since the 1.0.0 publication:

• @codesoul-co/hypha-skills now ships the framework built-in skills
  (context-enrichment, intent-classification) in its tarball and exposes
  resolveBuiltinSkillsDirectory() (#22). The 1.0.0 tarball could not load
  built-in skills for npm consumers.
• Repository gates: npm audit findings (js-yaml, nanoid) resolved (#23).

All 15 packages are published at 1.0.1 with exact-version internal dependencies.
