[ CUSTOMIZATION IDEA ] Adding PFP Frames

I have a Crazy yet awesome idea. What if there's like Profile Picture Frames? It would be similar to what TikTok has, but it would make it a bit cooler, and it would add more customization to the website as well. And another thing is that Scratch is also on the bandwagon of these PFP frames, so I think it would be cool.

Again, this is just another one of my crazy ideas, so uhh yeah.
