Minecraft 26.3 support

Adds a 26.3 build with Java 25, Fabric Loader 0.19.5+, and Fabric API 0.161.0+26.3. Minecraft 1.21 / 1.21.1 remains supported.

Updates the optional client HUD, settings, key mappings, and custom material ordering for the new rendering and input APIs. Right click cycles backwards; the max-lines field accepts digits up to 999. Client state is cleared on the client thread when disconnecting.

Saved active lists now load immediately when a dedicated server starts. Keep config/mankelist/ and mankelist-*.json when updating to retain lists, checks, claims, followers, and stock areas.

Verified with a real 26.3 dedicated server and client: list networking, HUD text and item icons, settings and persistence, material ordering, and disconnect cleanup.
