Hilite 1.1.1

Includes everything from 1.1.0, which was not released here separately: a side panel, Copy link, scroll markers, next and previous highlight shortcuts, keys 1 to 6 for colours, an undo toast, popup search and pause, Library filters, sorting, bulk actions and CSV export, plus colour-blind and high-contrast presets and an underline option. New settings are stored on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.

1.1.1 fix: after Hilite is updated or reloaded, tabs that were already open no longer log "Cannot read properties of undefined" errors. The old copy of the script now steps aside quietly.

Adds the sidePanel permission (from 1.1.0).
