This feature adds a Sub Lead field to the Edit Project form. You can pick any project member as the sublead. The sublead's name also shows up in the Project Details view so the whole team knows who to go to.
New role: "sublead" value written to project_members table — no migration needed, role column is plain text with no CHECK constraint
