Are you using VPN or software wich download files (eg. utorrent), or you are whatching 4k videos on YT or a film...or something like that? If your connection are unstable, the software will be too (i'm not an admin, just an user like u...take my words as a simple suggestion)

No! Not at all.
In my case, it now appears occasionally and goes away if I ask it to "continue."

Edit: The problems with the other models have disappeared, it is only the Luna model that causes problems.
