I think there's probably a good crossover of people who'd use a tool like this and dark mode users (myself included). I did my best to make this as light a touch as possible, but happy to make any tweaks.
For simplicity's sake the theme will only apply on restart. Only tested on Windows 11, but should hopefully work on older Windows as well.
