Misc tasks on Quick Theme

Hey @HardeepAsrani I need your help with some things in the 2024 theme, I am not sure how to do these changes myself safely.

1. Can we remove all the 2024 theme patterns? I will create the new ones based on the new styles.
2. In their pattern library inserter, they also include all the core patterns from the wp repository. Can we remove those core ones?
3. In general, I see in the code that we have many references to "twenty-twenty-four". Shall we do a mass find and replace?
4. In theme json, can you please create 4 variables for line heights? Let's use line-height-s, line-height-m, line-height-l, line-height-xl. Just use placeholder values for now please, and I will update them with the right ones.
5. In the same fashion, please create 4 variables for border radius. We should re-use them across the layout. I will update the values myself here as well.
6. Can you please create a "development" branch in order fo me to start merging some PRs with it?

3. We can keep it that way for now and remove them in the end.

@JohnPixle For the Border Radius & Line Height, it appears there is no support in theme.json to create variables that user can select from the editor.

We can create variables for any thing that will be output in the frontend like this: https://developer.wordpress.org/news/2023/08/31/adding-and-using-custom-settings-in-theme-json/#create-custom-properties-in-theme-json - but those won't be there for users to select from a list like Font Size or Padding. Is this something you want to add or you were thinking more like pre-defined selection for users?
