A full refactoring of the C# & Kotlin transpiler for better future maintenance. Beside general cleanup, restructuring and architectural improvement, it also brings support for some new language features like global functions/constants and constructor properties.
It only addresses the transpiler itself, not the larger API surface limitations which are still a topic to address.
