ChannelWatch v1.0.9 - Reliable activity and accessible controls

Fixed

  • Release activity cooldowns when durable storage rejects an event, allowing immediate retry without duplicating accepted events.
  • Preserve unreadable recovery-journal bytes and database rows when targeted DVR deletion cannot safely filter the journal.
  • Keep health transitions and recording outcomes pending until activity storage and eligible notification queues accept them; replay pending work after restart with stable event IDs.
  • Make permanent DVR deletion recoverable across settings and storage failures, and report purge failures instead of silently claiming success.
  • Keep the visible Settings tab synchronized with hash navigation and browser history while preserving unsaved values.
  • Make all six General and Advanced Settings disclosures operable by keyboard and expose their expanded state.
  • Name notification provider, webhook, credential and reset controls for assistive technology.
  • Correct notification text contrast in light and dark provider, template and destination states.
  • Give the restart overlay dialog semantics, contained focus and an inert background; restore focus after its page reload.
  • Show dashboard stale-data warnings when system, recording or activity requests fail, and clear each warning after that data recovers.
