Fixed

• Use Podman's explicit keep-id:uid=1000,gid=1000 mapping in the rootless compose profile so host and container workspace files stay aligned with UID/GID 1000.
• Remove the redundant rootless compose user: "1000:1000" override now that the user namespace mapping carries the intended UID/GID.
