  • Refresh Matplotlib to 3.11.2, tqdm to 4.70.1, and Uvicorn to 0.53.0 while keeping Node.js 24.21.0 LTS, Go 1.27.1, and the documented compatibility holds.

Fixed

  • Keep non-root OpenSpec project initialization portable through Git Bash bind mounts and stop stubborn Uvicorn smoke processes cleanly.
