COTW Scout v0.2.3 beta.

Highlights:

  • Adds the Harness Refiner research diagnostics platform.
  • Accrues trajectory windows, failure signatures, process scores, relabel candidates, research digests, and redacted bundles for future training runs.
  • Keeps training launch, adapter promotion, model routing changes, and protected scaffold mutations behind explicit operator gates.
  • Updates the public site language to present the refiner as research diagnostics rather than autonomous self-improvement.

Verification:

  • npm test: 312 passed.
  • macOS app signed, notarized, and stapled.
  • DMG signed, notarized, stapled, and accepted by Gatekeeper.
