fix: unique Marketplace action name - #8

GitHub Marketplace requires a globally unique action name; "fixbuddy" is already taken. Use "fixbuddy two-agent issue fixer" (display title only — `uses: Codevena/fixbuddy@v1` is unaffected).

GitHub Marketplace rejects the action because
name: fixbuddycollides with an existing action/user/org. Renames the action's display title tofixbuddy two-agent issue fixer(unique + descriptive). The repo slug anduses: Codevena/fixbuddy@v1are unchanged. After merge, thev0.5.0tag is moved to include this so the Marketplace validation passes.
