Fixes the zero-job CI failure by quoting the MCP test filter, preparing the ignored sidecar before Cargo, and building the frontend before Tauri context generation. Locally validated YAML parsing, sidecar preparation, the desktop production build, MCP tests, and the release-mode stdio lifecycle.
