Make the Like button interaction feel more responsive

Problem: The Like (flame) toggle feels slightly sluggish on tap.

Expected: Immediate optimistic visual feedback on tap, consistent with Save. Keep both Like and Save features — this is interaction polish only.

Where: the action row on the Today concept card.

Scope: responsiveness of the Like toggle only.

@claude there should be proper db for likes for a card linke counts for each card likes can be seen by all users.

Both halves shipped and merged:

• Instant optimistic feedback for Like/Save/etc. (#95 part A) #104 — Like/Save/etc. now give instant optimistic feedback (the update applies immediately; network stays serialized so nothing clobbers).
• Public like counts on every card (#95 part B) #105 — public like count on every card (Today, History, Saved): shows others' likes + your own, hidden at 0, ticks +/-1 instantly.
