What changed

The update offer now reads properly. It was showing release notes with their Markdown still in them, so a box meant to explain an update was full of asterisks and hashes, and it cut off mid-word. Notes are now rendered, and a long one stops at a paragraph and says the rest is on the release page.

If you can read this sentence as a sentence, and not as **bold**, the fix worked.

Warning

Discord does not permit third party clients on a normal user account, and using one can get the account banned. Your password is sent to discord.com and nowhere else, is never written to disk and never logged; only the returned token is kept, sealed with your Windows account key.
