Releases

Versioning

Package version is defined in Cargo.toml. Git tags use the v* prefix (for example v0.1.1).

CI

On every push to main:

  • Format check
  • Clippy (-W clippy::all)
  • Tests (--all-features, --test-threads 1)
  • Coverage (tarpaulin, fail-under 85%)
  • C header diff (ycallr.h vs cbindgen output)

Release workflow

Pushing a tag v* triggers the Release job:

  • Publishes a GitHub Release
  • Uploads ycallr.h (C FFI header artifact)

CLI binaries and ReqPack packages are published from ycallr-cli releases.

Creating a release

git tag v0.1.2
git push origin v0.1.2

A push to main alone does not create a GitHub Release. You must push a version tag.
