Health.md 3.2 gives you more control over exports.

New

  • Stop running exports. One banner now owns export progress. Stop cancels only the running attempt: completed dates stay completed, unresolved dates stay retryable, and schedules remain enabled. Concurrent exports can't finish or cancel each other, and scheduled Mac exports cancel over the wire with a grace window that preserves exact completed dates.
  • Export Data Detail, split. Detailed Time-Series is now separate from Lossless Health Records, so you can export per-sample heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, and sleep-stage data without capturing the much larger canonical HealthKit source archive. Summary, Detailed Time-Series, and Lossless presets live in the Export tab and editable export profiles; existing settings and queued work migrate without changing behavior.

Fixed

  • Direct CLI Access self-heals. Half-open connections left by computer sleep, process termination, or network changes are detected and reconnected automatically while Health.md remains foregrounded — no manual disconnect or repeated Pair tap.
  • Local folders stay selected. Folders on "On My iPhone" storage no longer lose their saved selection on restart. Export-profile destinations persist the folder's persistent identity evidence (volume UUID + file identifier) alongside the bookmark and rebind across path drift, so automatic exports and Shortcuts keep working. Destinations saved before this fix heal automatically on first adoption; a confirmed identity mismatch still fails closed.
