Fixes

• Word counts are now sampled from the file snapshot (cachedRead) instead of the live editor, fixing inflated "added" counts that occurred when a note was still loading.
• Plugin id reverted to obstracker (IDs must stay stable once published); display name remains MindTrace.
  What's new (carried from 1.2.0): a "Today's Summary" card with a plain-language daily recap + insights (top topic, peak hour, streak, week-over-week), bilingual 中文/English.
