RGBCar v2.1

Added new feature: Stunt colors!
You can now have your car change colors based on your current stunt type (Master or Epic).
Added ability to change dossard colors with car colors (same color or opposite).
Added Bonk! plugin integration.
FixedColor is now deprecated, please use PerCarColors instead.
