🐞 修复

  • 删除图片引用时漏删无标题的标准 Markdown 图片（正则转义错误，导致引用行残留）
  • 后台刷新返回的 Promise 未被处理，可能吞掉刷新期间的异常

🔧 优化

  • 侧边栏图标改为 bird，更贴合图床管家定位
  • 消除社区商店自动审查列出的两处告警
